Treatments include body wraps, massages and scrubs, pedicure and manicures, and facials, many with a focus on West Coast natural ingredients. All guests of the spa receive access to the Grotto Mineral Pool, included with their treatment. This 2,500 square foot warm water pool is infused with natural minerals and trace elements which detoxify the body and rejuvenate the spirit. The pool area includes a two story waterfall, an invigorating glacial plunge cascade and a non-mineralized whirlpool. The Grotto Spa is also home to a dining experience unlike any other in Canada, the Treetop Tapas & Grill, reserved exclusively for robed spa guests. Guest can chose one or two items to sample or indulge in “Endless Tapas”, selecting as many items as they wish from the extensive seasonal menu. Rediscover your purest self with the 90-minute Pacific Body Balancing Treatment: containing indigenous earth elements found in glacial clay. Begin your journey with a sea salt exfoliation, detoxify and replenish during our Signature thermal layer wrap. Your face is then revitalized with a hydrating facial treatment. Finish awakened with refreshed skin from a nourishing body butter massage.

Set in 22 acres, Tigh-Na-Mara Resort offers 192 unique accommodations, including traditional log cottages with wood-burning fireplaces and condominiums with panoramic ocean views.
