White Oaks Resort & Spa is thrilled to announce the promotion of Natalie Graham to Spa Director. With over 22 years in the spa industry, Natalie brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to her new role.
Natalie’s journey with The Spa at White Oaks began in October 2000, when she joined the Bodisense team as a Spa Attendant while studying to become an aesthetician. Her dedication and commitment were evident as she became an aesthetician, Spa Supervisor in 2009, and Spa Manager in 2010 under Bodisense’s ownership.
In 2011, White Oaks Resort & Spa took over spa operations, and Natalie seamlessly transitioned with the team, continuing her role as Spa Manager. Ameer Wakil, CEO of White Oaks Resort & Spa, expressed his confidence in Natalie, stating, “Natalie’s exceptional leadership and passion for outstanding customer service make her the perfect fit for this position. She started strong and continues to excel.”
As the new Spa Director, Natalie is ready to lead her team to new heights of customer service and satisfaction. “I am grateful for this opportunity and excited to lead this amazing team. Together, we will achieve new levels of success,” remarked Natalie Graham.
White Oaks Resort & Spa congratulates Natalie on her well-deserved promotion and looks forward to her continued success in elevating The Spa’s guest experience.
