The 12,000-square-foot spa will feature 14 treatment rooms, each with a fireplace and private sound system, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, finely appointed locker room, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, Himalayan salt saunas, a resting area with fireplace and meditation rock, and an outdoor Aqua Terrace with hot whirlpool and private bar. It will be the fourth Spa Mirbeau—the award-winning spa brand of The Mirbeau Companies—and the first in the Hudson Valley. Spa Mirbeau is open to both overnight guests of Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck and the spa-going public. Those who want to make the Mirbeau lifestyle their own can gain access to an exclusive array of benefits with an annual Estate Wellness Membership, and the first 50 to join enjoy even more perks as Founding Estate Wellness Members. Ideal for local residents and frequent overnight guests, Estate Wellness Memberships include all-day access to all spa facilities and a 15% discount on spa treatments, health and wellness programs (excluding packages), spa boutique purchases, dining at Willow by Charlie Palmer (excluding alcohol), and overnight stays. Also included are six annual guest day passes, preferred reservations for all Mirbeau holidays and special events, and invitations to Membership Appreciation events. Estate Wellness memberships are available on a 12-month contract for $145 per month for individuals and $247 per month for couples.
In addition,Founding Estate Wellness Members earn one 50-minute spa treatment of their choice upon joining and with each annual renewal; a Mirbeau exclusive wellness swag bag; and 10 guest day passes. Founding Estate Wellness memberships are priced at $128 monthly per individual and $222 per couple. Three-month trial memberships are also available at $500 per individual and $850 per couple.
The new Spa Mirbeau offers the brand’s full range of services using the newly released Mirbeau Exclusives product line as well as other luxury brands, including Caudalie, Elemis and ZENTS. Spa-goers can choose from an extensive menu of massages, body treatments, hand and foot therapy, facials, and treatments catering specifically to men and to couples.
Signature massage treatments include, among others, a classic Swedish Mirbeau Signature Massage, Monet’s Favorite Fragrance Massage—an aromatherapy Swedish massage with a choice of natural essential oils, and Mirbeau Signature Couples Massage—a side-by-side massage for two in the privacy of a spa room by a warming fire.
Other signatures include three Mirbeau Kurs treatments, each of which incorporates a relaxing, balancing soak in a jetted mineral bath. Among them is the Exotic Milk Ritual, which employs Polynesian frangipani monoi and Japanese camellia in a deep-cleansing salt scrub, cocoon wrap, and bath infused with a special milk protein rich in minerals, vitamins and natural plant collagen. Another special focus of the spa is its selection of Elemis BIOTEC skincare treatments that use groundbreaking technology to firm, resurface and soothe skin and erase fine lines.
