With extensive experience in the spa industry, Kristen will oversee the operations and management of Joya Spa and the resort’s retail outlets, focusing on enhancing guest experiences.
Formerly the Assistant Spa Director at The Phoenician Resort & Spa for nearly a decade, Kristen Mather played a key role in a multi-million dollar renovation project, leading to the spa receiving the Forbes Five Star Award in 2019. Her expertise also includes serving as Guest Services Manager at The Sanctuary.
Kristen Mather expresses her commitment to elevating guest experiences at Joya Spa by implementing innovative spa and wellness practices. Her addition aligns with Omni Scottsdale’s dedication to enhancing guest experiences following a recent multi-million dollar renovation.
Located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, against Camelback Mountain, Joya Spa is a luxurious oasis inspired by Morocco and Andalusia. Spanning 31,000 square feet, it offers rejuvenating Moroccan-inspired bathing rituals and various amenities, including spa suites, a terrace pool, and a full-service salon.
