Stay & Play
Resort and Spa guests receive access to the 2,300-square-foot fitness center and movement studio located at the Sun Valley Lodge. This space offers the latest fitness and weight-training equipment with beautiful views of Bald Mountain and the resort’s outdoor heated pools, hot tub, and fire pit. Guests are also welcome to participate in free group fitness classes offered during their visit. Spa & Fitness Memberships are available with additional benefits. The Spa at Sun Valley also offers events, including monthly New Moon Lunar Series & Sound Bath Rituals, Seasonal Skin-Deep Events, and Yoga on The Mountain on the top of Baldy during the summer months.
