Join us for a rejuvenating day at Walden Wellness Retreat on Sunday, January 14th! Spa Walden invites you to focus on your well-being with a variety of activities.
We are thrilled to present “New Year, New You!” – a synergistic day of wellness featuring a diverse itinerary of rejuvenating techniques. Spa Walden’s yoga teachers will lead you through meditation, exercise, and small group sharing. Additionally, a registered dietitian will discuss mindfully eating a plant-based diet. The day will wrap up with a soothing Sound Bath. Feel free to participate in the entire day or choose activities that suit your schedule.
